Our villa prices are based on individual owners' expectations, exchange rate variations and length of stay. While some villa prices are seasonally dependant, others remain unchanged throughout the year. In general, the most expensive time of the year is the Christmas and New Year period when there is always great demand for accommodation and villas are often booked up twelve months in advance. The cheapest periods tend to be outside of the school holidays, although many owners consider the coolest months of July and August to be low season.

Our villa prices have been sorted into five bands (A to E), reflecting the low season rating for each villa. Occasionally, a villa's high season price may stray into the next band up.
